Michel Lemieux unveils his first 360-degree stereoscopic film : Untouched.
Michel Lemieux presents his first stereoscopic 360-degree film : Untouched. It is a stereoscopic immersive short film created while living remotely due to the pandemic in 2020. Silent, the film was imagined, directed, performed and edited mostly by the artist himself. In his own words, it is a "homemade VR selfie"!
Untouched is an artistic look at life during the pandemic quarantine.
How people become distant as society grows apart. The longing desire to touch and be touched back.
Everything feels so out of reach.
The film, made for virtual reality headsets, is currently available on the VeeR platform. The VeeR app can be downloaded and used with many widely available VR headsets including Oculus Go, Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. Untouched will become available on more platforms in the near future.
