Mutations
A surprising multimedia performance on the theme of human transformation, from the beginnings of life on Earth to its final mutation.
On a backdrop of fabricated images and original music, Mutations features musicians/performers and technicians (visible on stage) accompanied by numerous special effects, computers, projections, and robots.
Often punctuated with humor, the lyrics of Michel Lemieux's songs, set to music ranging from blues to pop, jazz, and electro-rock, reflect the search for meaning in our increasingly complex world. His remarkable vocal range, physical intensity, and immense energy make Lemieux a complete performer.
